“Helps me stay focused and disciplined

Pros

I really like how it helps me stay on top of multiple projects and keep everything organized. It makes managing everything so much easier.

Cons

When I click on a project from the list and hit back it takes me all the way to the beginning instead of where I left off.

Well I am quite impressed with the AI features. I can speak and snap photos and it automatically organizes everything into a neat list, it saves me so much time and effort.

Cons

The AI functionality can be hit or miss though I understand it's still in beta so improvements are coming.

“Perfect for both the Office and Field

Pros

The best thing about it is that I can access this from my phone or computer. The roofing crew loves how easy it makes managing projects and honestly, I am on the same page. The learning curve is pretty minor too and once you get going, everything feels smooth.

Cons

Well I have not found any downsides yet. We are really happy with how everything works.

Pros

I have used this tool for years across different companies and it's been the best. It creates a great communication link between field teams and office staff. Sharing photo galleries with customers through simple links saves them from downloading files which they love, also the checklist templates are perfect for training new staff and ensuring our service stays consistent. Customers always praise the detailed, annotated reports we provide.

Cons

Nothing really bothers me about this platform as they are constantly rolling out improvements and new features.

“Makes job site audits a simple task

With it, it is simple to snap photos and get them uploaded. Plus being able to edit the images by adding notes is a nice touch too.

Cons

it does not seem to function properly on my iPhone or other Apple devices. Well it could be user error on my part or maybe my internet connection is not great enough, I am not really sure.

“Amazing Tool to Capture Projects

Pros

The automatic address input feature always works best when setting up new projects. It saves me a lot of time especially when I am out in the field as a rep and it just really makes everything faster and more efficient.

Cons

Only downside was the initial learning curve when we first started using it but that did not last long.

It's super simple for our roofers to use, I mean just a click, and theyre all set to go. Overall it is very user friendly and makes getting started a simple task.

CompanyCam doe not work with our existing ERP system which is the only cons I noticed.

Pros

This software saves me lots of time with automatic geo tagging for all my photos and videos, no more hunting around trying to find stuff.

Cons

The annual plan costs $192 per user which feels a bit expensive for what we get. Mainly when it's something the whole team needs to access, it should not cost nearly that much. It seems a bit overpriced for the value.

“Awesome for photo tracking

Pros

I can easily track project progress by having everyone on site share photos of their work. it is also really helpful to get real time updates and stay on top of things without always being there.

Cons

There are some annoying glitches with the labeling feature that I find frustrating to deal with.

The way we use this for projects has been fantastic. We snap photos before, during and after every installation with automatic time stamps. This tool has literally saved our company multiple times when customers tried to claim we damaged their property.

Sometimes it grabs the wrong address but thats really my only complaint

CompanyCam tool has really strengthened our contract system by letting us include authentic images and photos. It has made a huge difference in bringing originality to our processes and makes sharing visuals during contracting so much smoother. Plus having the ability to add images across all areas has been truly valuable.

The software could definitely be faster and more responsive when switching between different sharing functions as it feels a bit slow at times.

I really like how easy it is to navigate as everything is clearly organized and makes sense. What's great is that any technician can easily use it on the go and stay connected with the office. It makes communication and work much smoother.

Honestly there is nothing that bothers me about this platform.

The good thing is that I can easily access photos on this platform so both our office team and field workers are on the same page. The interface is simple to use and there are tons of features that help us document everything clearly. We can even mark up images, add tags and comments, flag important items and easily filter through everything.

Cons

I have not found anything to complain about yet.

It works really well for construction projects and being able to upload job site photos and view the house scope online through the camera has been extremely useful for my workflow.

CompanyCam software is incredibly easy for us to use. The interface is intuitive and user friendly, making it simple to navigate through all the features. We didnt need much time to get comfortable with everything, and now it feels like second nature. Its a smooth experience that doesnst overwhelm, which makes managing tasks so much easier

Cons

I feel like the only thing that could make this even better is adding a forms feature that you can easily read and access while on site.

One thing I like a lot is that I can upload several photos from particular jobs to a shared server where the whole team can access and view them simultaneously.

Cons

The camera feature is a bit complicated when trying to move photos from the site to a regular business email. We often need to send photos directly to customers but the transfer process is not very simple as we expected it to be.
