Made my work more efficient

Pros

With CSOne we have been able to turn periodic inspection tasks into drop down menus which greatly reduced the amount of data entry. I believe this has significantly boosted our work efficiency compared to our previous company. Also it is very scalable so we can easily adjust or add items as needed. We are very happy with how it is working and it is improving day by day.

Cons

When setting up an inspection cycle there is a slight delay since the reception cannot be created until the following day.I just wish there was a way to address this issue.

An excellent tool

Pros

It covers a broad spectrum of areas like sales, customer, maintenance and field managementtgiving us an all in one overview of everything.

Cons

I ran into issues when I could not get through on the phone or did not know who to contact. I feel like it would have made a huge difference if someone had answered the phone when the system was first rolled out. As having clear communication from the start would have saved a lot of time and frustration.
