The platform securely extends access to online scheduling for external sub-contractors, ensuring seamless coordination through strict authorization controls.
This functionality allows customers to instantly sign service reports using the technician's mobile device, enabling immediate electronic delivery via email. It eliminates paper reports, saving technicians valuable time previously spent on manual data entry back at the office.
Following an initial field investigation, CSOne software allows for the immediate preparation of a detailed repair quotation while on-site. It manages and tracks multiple versions of quotations, recording customer approval statuses in real-time. All finalized repair documents can be instantly generated and shared in PDF format.
The system enables technicians to document parts utilized, labor costs, and other expenses directly within the system. The service report can be output using a mobile Bluetooth printer.
