“Easily accessible regardless of the location
Pros
Really helps organize our service operations and provides a single place to store and manage all the key documents tied to each job. Because it's web-based, any member of our team can sign in from wherever they're working. Also, our field technicians have benefited a lot from the mobile app which has been quite handy for them.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that our main request has been for more automation when it comes to creating emails for reminders, events and similar notifications. That said, those details are already visible on each employee's home screen so we can still access the information when needed.

“Easy to pull up information
Pros
Finding information is easy for me. I can pull it up from anywhere and I keep all my documents stored in a single central location.
Cons
I can't generate my own reports and the warranty area of the software still has glitches and errors that need fixing.

“Simplfies my workflow
Pros
As the office manager and job scheduler, it has simplified my workday. It's an impressive tool that lets me view inspection outcomes or the status of a finished job almost instantly, often before the crew even gets off the roof. Scheduling is simple and creating jobs takes no time, with every detail available right at my fingertips. Proposals with photo reports are quick to produce and look highly professional.
Cons
The only shortcoming I notice is a shortage of accounting features. I'd like more built-in financial and bookkeeping tools.

“Made us more efficient
Pros
Using it has made us far more effective and efficient at supporting our customers. The structured way it stores information and the connections it creates between different data points let an account manager rapidly respond to customer inquiries.
Cons
User interface can feel overwhelming at times. Each screen often presents numerous options. While that breadth is understandable given how powerful the system is, it could use some refinement, especially to improve usability on mobile phones and tablets.

“Outstanding customer care
Pros
Their customer support is well-trained. They're consistently fast to reply and genuinely friendly which makes a big difference. Compared with the many other facility databases I use, this one is by far the simplest. I also really appreciate being able to coordinate and work directly with our various vendors through the platform which saves time and confusion.
Cons
I wish there were a way to create custom alerts either emailed or visible on the dashboard, for work orders (WOs) that sit in the same status for too long because it's easy for those to slip through. I'd also love to see the accounting side able to integrate with QuickBooks so our financial workflows could be more smooth.
