“misleading trial policy”

They can do a lot better, i didnt expect to be treated like this. The whole system needs improvement

The so-called 30-day free trial is essentially a bait-and-switch tactic. If you decide to subscribe and make a payment before the trial period officially ends, your remaining trial days are immediately revoked... meaning you never actually get a full 30 days at no cost. This practice is deceptive and undermines the very concept of a free trial. I would advise steering clear of this company, as their business practices lack transparency and honesty.

After four additional years of use, this solution remains the best available for our medical group which spans three outpatient sites and two hospitals. It performs reliably across iOS devices, including multiple phones and tablets. Excellent work, we highly recommend it.

We use DoForms for all our inspections, maintenance requisitions and various other on-site paperwork and we love the ease of customizing and creating forms. The versatility is outstanding... features like writing directly to an Access database and dispatching forms are incredibly powerful, allowing us to manipulate data smoothly with minimal input and monitoring, while keeping us accountable. Their customer support and engineering team are also exceptional, they respond quickly, are always helpful and push out fixes relatively fast compared to any other company we've worked with.

However, on the downside, the iOS experience is severely lacking. Several features available on Android are either missing or buggy on iOS and performance is insanely slow, every time you answer a question, a loading symbol appears, preventing you from moving to the next question until it finishes. With forms that contain around 50 questions, this makes the process incredibly sluggish and far from user-friendly. We would give 5 stars for customer service but only 1 star for performance. Hopefully, a fix for these issues will come soon.

“Highly cuztomizable with excellent support”

This is a great program with plenty of options and remarkable flexibility to adapt to your specific needs. We do forestry research and their team was extremely helpful in building a custom form for entering our data, accommodating up to 1,600 tree measurements. We also used it to record data during a seedling trial and I found the forms easy to build and simple to use. The staff are truly what make this program stand out, they respond quickly and efficiently to any questions and the availability of online tutorials and webinars is an excellent bonus.

However, we found that without a cellular or Wi-Fi connection while working in the field, the app can become extremely slow. This was particularly problematic during tree measurements, where the lag cost us valuable field time and we ultimately decided not to use it for that task.

This service truly deserves recognition for its terrific support and attentive team. When I requested specific features, they actually rolled out a new version incorporating my request, demonstrating their commitment to customer feedback. They are constantly striving to make everything more user-friendly and their response time to questions is exceptionally fast. Our company has integrated doForms into our daily operations and it has significantly simplified paperwork for our employees. It's better than anything else we've seen, as we can fully customize forms and reports to work exactly the way we want. I would definitely recommend this service!

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the service still feels like it's in active development in some areas though this is also a positive in that they keep improving.
