The way it handles our QMS training requirements and record-keeping is wonderful. Has annual reminders, documentation, everything we need as quality professionals. Building procedures is simple and user access couldn't be smoother.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as a major issue. Whenever we hit any bumps in the road, their team jumped in to help us work through them pretty quickly.

The dedicated support team they provide has been incredible. Always there to help us get the most out of the platform for our specific needs. Cons
I wish there pricing wasn't so rigid with the one-size-fits-all approach. We're only using a fraction of what the platform offers so paying for everything feels unnecessary. A tiered model would make much more sense for teams like ours.

“most user-friendly system out there
Pros
What I appreciate most is how simple the interface feels. After working with countless different platforms and hosting sites, this one stands out for being most easy to use while still packing in all the features you need for writing.
Cons
The writing tool really lacks markup options which is one of the biggest limitations I've noticed. It would also be great if you could have one guide appear in multiple places. When you update the main version, it automatically updates everywhere else. I think you can sort of do this with tags but from what I've experienced, it's pretty messy and doesn't work consistently.

Setting this up was so simple. Honestly feels as user-friendly as using an iPhone. The simplicity really stands out.
Cons
I wish I could add both pictures and videos to the same instruction step. When you print PDFs for the shop floor, video thumbnails are pretty useless. Also, I sometimes need more than 3 images per step which can be limiting. The translation feature works okay but isn't completely accurate, at least when I'm converting English to Spanish. Since the platform is pretty mature with solid functionality, those monthly service meetings about basic usage aren't really helpful anymore. I'd rather get support on creative ways to use the software, designing better-looking guides or learning some clever tricks for wiki pages.

The step-by-step instruction format makes it really easy for our operators to follow along. We've seen a noticeable boost in both efficiency and build accuracy which has led to fewer errors overall. It's also been a game-changer for getting new team members trained and up to speed quickly.
Cons
I'd love to dive deeper into the training courses and use them as a proper training matrix for different job roles. What I really need is the ability to create learning modules that actually verify operators are trained correctly for their specific tasks. It would be great if there was a feature that could prevent operators from accessing certain work areas until they've completed the required training. This would really push both operators and management to stay accountable for proper training.

Getting started was not hard. No need to mess around with templates or complicated design elements. Just simple text boxes that let you jump right in and start seeing results immediately. The more advanced features are there when you need them but the basic setup is efficient and user-friendly.
Cons
I struggle with having to create releases for every single change, even something as simple as updating a folder. The limitations are pretty frustrating too. Being capped at just 3 pictures and 8 line items really holds me back from what I need to accomplish.

I was searching for something that would let us make custom training content while also providing ready-made compliance materials and this platform delivered exactly what we needed. Implementation was simple and didn't disrupt our workflow. We use it for onboarding new team members and monthly compliance training sessions.
Cons
We never get notified when they update videos. Multiple times we've reached out about broken video links and gotten no response, forcing us to contact Atlantic directly for the links. Their customer support really needs work.

Pros
Their customer support really stands out to me. While the website works smoothly overall, whenever I run into issues or have questions, the team gets back to me quickly and helpfully.
Cons
The limited features compared to Excel are frustrating. Historical documents I've worked with had to be dumbed down to function properly in sheets, which is a real pain. When I'm trying to get our facility on board with this platform, this limitation always comes up as a major concern.

Pros
I like how it gives us one central place to train all our new hires. Having employees take charge of their own career development really keeps engagement high. The system is pretty simple to pick up and honestly, their support team is incredible.
Cons
The document entry wasn't nearly as automated as they claimed during the demo. Instead of getting the custom code they promised to convert our files into their format, we ended up having to bring in a contractor just to manually copy and paste everything from our old system.
