“Good Business Tool
Pros
Eazy Costing is handling all your Timesheets, Jobs, Call Outs, Stock, Quotes, Invoicing in one application. I looked everywhere for an application that can do this and nothing popped up. I have access any where in the world, so I can see what is happening in my Business. I first was looking for just something to do my timesheets and now I’m doing everything through Eazy Costing.
Cons
The feel and look of the Application is a bit outdated but it does not affect the functionality of the application.

Pros
Full control of all our company process. Time sheets, buying, invoicing and stock/equipment control right down to the vehicle stocks. Quoting has been made easy and accurate.
Cons
I used to be a little slow, but with the latest upgrades, it have improved immensely.

Pros
The way it integrates all processes like time sheets, stock control and purchasing is impressive. Although it was a bit challenging at first, this process helped us uncover fraud and made all transactions traceable and accountable. Also the Eazy team is friendly, always available and eager to offer solutions and training.
Cons
I personally think the interface is a little out dated but it gets the job done efficiently.

Pros
When we began using EAZY we realized just how scattered our information was. Everyone had their own little system for handling tasks. It forces the business to become organized. It is a unique product with a logical flow, where quotes turn into jobs and jobs can be invoiced all from the same original document. Also this program allows you to manage stock. On top of that the streamlined process provides valuable management insights. I highly recommend this product especially for companies with field workers.
Cons
The initial setup was a bit challenging because our information was all over the place. It takes some time to implement but in the end, it is totally worth it.

It is easy to use and both quoting and purchasing are quick and hassle free.
Cons
There are still a few things we'd like added like project management features and it would be helpful if the system had some accounting features included.

I like everything this software offers. It is user friendly and everything is under one roof. In short everything on this program is easy to access.
Cons
If your internet connection is not great, let me tell you that it can take longer to load folders than you would prefer.

Pros
Well I really like that the items are in stock with prices. Once a quote is created, getting the admin work done is also pretty simple.
Cons
I do not like having to sign in every day.

“Very simple and user friendly
Pros
Invoicing and call outs are now quick and easy. I no longer spend long hours processing supplier invoices, handling call outs on the computer or emailing clients. Also invoicing now takes much less time.
Cons
Well I would love to be able to add photos of the different materials.
