Pros

The way it handles service orders and routine maintenance for government contracts is really impressive. It cuts down the time technicians spend waiting for job assignments which definitely boosts their overall productivity.

Cons

I find the reporting features pretty weak honestly. Can't really track maintenance cost trends or see how resources are being allocated across different contracts which makes it hard to analyze whats going on.
