Pros
I really enjoy how simple this program is to use. Also it is easy to search for customer requests and create new ones. What's also great is that all the information such as customer name, attachments, request details and internal notes can be found in one place.
Cons
One thing I don't like about the software is that sometimes emails are sent to a comcate email instead of my actual email meaning I won't receive them unless I manually check the case.
