For restoration work, this has been the simplest platform I've used and the reports it produces look fantastic.

Cons

Honestly there isn't a single thing I dislike about Encircle.

Pros

Communication between the field technicians and the office staff works really well through the interface. The final reports are detailed and great and being able to share data with clients in real time is a big plus.

Cons

The one thing I'd really like to see added is a strong remote monitoring system with proper integration.

Reporting and data access work across multiple devices at the same time which makes it really convenient to keep everything connected simultaneously.

At times, syncing data from mobile devices to the desktop or cloud server takes longer than expected. The pricing also feels a bit expensive.

Running a water mitigation company the standout for us has been Hydro their drying report software. It really helps our technicians put together moisture maps and generate reports for the insurance carrier that clearly show how the project dried.

Cons

The web app on desktop feels a bit limited compared with the iOS and Android versions. From what I've heard though they're actively working on it and it should improve.

Pros

Being able to document every part of a claim so effortlessly is a huge plus and I can choose exactly what to share with specific people.

Cons

Sometimes signed documents don't get saved while processing in areas with poor service.

This software fits our day-to-day work really well. It's very user-friendly and we rely on it every day to stay on top of claims while storing photos and important information. Whenever we have questions or run into concerns, customer support is consistently helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

Every now and then, we deal with system glitches. There was one instance where some photos were deleted although support was able to recover them for us. One drawback that impacts our team is the Android app since it doesn't let us zoom out on photos like Apple devices do.

Reports section is excellent. I especially love the photo report and the PDF site inspection report. The floor plan feature is also really useful and the integration with Xactimate is a big plus.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that I can't handle everything in the platform yet. I'd like the ability to schedule technicians and upload estimates as well.

Getting our techs trained on it was very easy and the software has been simple to use overall.

We ran into a few technical issues with the app but they were resolved.

Honestly there are too many things that make this software amazing to list without going on forever. It has become the most essential tool we use.

One area that still needs work is the CRM setup. Because of that, we're still relying on another software for CRM.

Generating reports is incredibly fast and easy. The PDF engine behind the software feels powerful, reliable and intelligently built.

There are times when the system goes down and then the loading takes forever which can feel endless while waiting.

Even with all the changes over the years, it has stayed very user friendly and easy to use.

What's still missing is a way to make notes bold when creating a Work Order.

Using this program has been a positive experience because it's user-friendly, quick and efficient for running daily reports. It's also really helpful being able to track the team's progress in real time.

One downside is that the data can be slow to download and some photo inventory may be missed if the cache isn't cleared regularly before downloading the data again.

Everything I need is built in, from taking photos and creating floor plans to adding notes, handling documents and collecting real-time signatures.

Honestly, I haven't run into any real issues. If anything the servers may need an upgrade because of how many photos users are uploading.

The floorplan sketch feature is really useful and setting up new jobs is quick and easy.

One thing I'd love to see is reminder emails tied to changes in job activity. For example, if I mark a job as work started, it should automatically send a message or email reminding someone to upload the work authorization.

Taking photos directly inside the app means they're automatically saved so nothing gets misplaced or forgotten. The final report we generate is also very detailed and does a fantastic job supporting positive claim outcomes.

It would be even better with a CRM included especially for handling review requests.

What really helps is being able to list NR items and get daily photos uploaded instantly from the crew. Signing A&A or COC is easy and the weekly and monthly training seminars are a nice bonus. The IICRC credits for continuing education add even more value.

This tool still feels a bit confusing for technicians who have limited training.

One of the best parts is how clearly jobs are displayed and documented. The reporting function is also really useful and adds a lot of value.

There are a few minor issues with meter entry but aside from that it's a very great product.

One thing I'd still like to see is more measurements included in the sketch especially for things like doorways and cabinets.

Keeping pictures organized is excellent. Setting up company documents like authorizations and timesheets is practical and easy. Creating claims is also very efficient and simple.

One thing I've noticed is that the platform keeps evolving and those updates continue to make it easier to deliver critical reports in a timely manner every day.

Biggest downside is that we didn't implement it sooner. Before this, our company was relying on several different tools to create reports and none of them were as good as what it provides.
