It's such a great tool for managing tasks and contacts within my company. The thing I like the most is the service report, invoice and contract templates. I can easily customize them to fit our company's look.
Cons
The task and invoice tracking system is fantastic. I never miss anything, which is a huge relief. It helps keep everything organized and on track.

Pros
The value for money is amazing. I've checked a lot of options on Capterra and some of them are ridiculously expensive. Sure, some might be better but they're out of our budget and it doesn't make sense to spend that much on a department that mainly generates expenses, like field service support.
Cons
Some modules, like the customer portal, contracts or managing customer and personal equipment, were a bit confusing to configure. Both customer equipment and personal equipment are set up in the same place, which makes it harder to manage.

It's honestly super easy for the technicians to use and that's a big win for us. They don't need to waste a lot of time learning how to use it, which is always a plus.
Cons
It's a bit disappointing that I can't produce purchase orders directly from quotes. It would be a lot more efficient if that feature was available.

It is a solid app overall but there are definitely a few areas where it could be improved.
Cons
There are some things that really annoy me, like not being able to generate credit notes. Also, going back to the main page every time I access an invoice or client is a bit difficult. It's time-consuming and I can't print multiple invoices for one client at once. Each one has to be printed separately.

The setup was super easy, honestly. I was surprised at how quickly everything was up and running. After just a quick 10-minute orientation, everyone, whether it was the field technicians, schedulers or managers was able to jump right in without any issues.
Cons
The integration with more popular ERPs like MS Dynamics is something that's really needed. As far as I know, there's no way to do that right now, which is a bit limiting.

Pros
The price-performance ratio is fantastic. It has almost everything we need for operations at a fraction of the cost compared to other apps. Plus, the setup was free and implementation was super easy. Technical support is also super responsive.
Cons
I'm excited about the upcoming integration with Zapier that they've mentioned. We've been waiting for it and I'm hopeful it'll be as useful as they say it will be.
