“Peace of mind and flawless compliance
Pros
Since we switched to EZ Management from our old software, we've seen so many benefits. Their Engineer App is easy to use and lets us record everything we need on site. Their cloud-based software is also really simple. It works great with�Xero.com�and Stripe for taking payments. Best of all, we have peace of mind knowing our data is secure and constantly backed up on safe servers.
Cons
One of our main concerns before switching to EZ Management was if their software could produce the right reports for our inspectorate. We just had our audit and all the reports from EZ Management complied fully and gave us accurate figures at the touch of a button. We were also worried about customer support. Our old software company never answered the phone. we had to leave a message and wait up to 24 hours for a call back. EZ Management is a complete breath of fresh air! Their tech support is second to none. They always answer promptly and fix our problems in minutes, not days.

“Beyond comprehensive
Pros
customer service is extremely responsible. The developers go above and beyond and are always eager to help. It's so much more comprehensive than our old software system.
Cons
Moving over from our old software was a tough process but EZService Hub really goes above and beyond to make sure the migration is done as quickly as possible.

Pros
This is a very easy system to use. I can find all the information from our jobs easily and the multiple filter functions are really helpful.
Cons
Once documents are created in the system, you can't alter that docket from the admin side.

“A startup's game-changer, worth every penny
Pros
My company is only in its 4th year so it was really important to find software that fits. Honestly this software ticked all the boxes for me. The pros are: really good support, it handles all the admin we need for standards like EN51031 and PSA CCTV requirements, the system design is great, it does risk assessments, updates are fast, their online software is easy to use, scheduling jobs is super simple, it sends annual service reminders, it's a good fit for the security industry and it's easy for sole traders to use.
Cons
The set-up fee was a little high for my startup company. But it was well worth it once everything was running. The online training was excellent and they set the software up perfectly for my company's processes.

Pros
The reporting is really flexible which is excellent. The office user interface is very good and the support from the EZ management team is top-notch.
Cons
Writing quotations can be a bit clunky sometimes.

“Absolutely brilliant and simple
Pros
It is absolutely brilliant. From the easy installation to actually using it, everything was simple. It took me literally 20 minutes to set up a few customers, assign jobs and get reports. It has everything you need without being over-complicated. The support team are fantastic and always get back with an answer. I was using another company's software before and it was appalling. I'm so relieved I found this. Anyone who wants to email me can just google my name. I run a security company in the Grimsby area. Thanks again to EzManagement LTD.

“Have high hopes with it
Pros
I work for an interior company and we've always had a lot of problems managing our jobs and projects. We need to track progress to stay on schedule and report issues to other people. I really think this tool will save us time and be a huge benefit. I found out we can work online or offline with it, review finished jobs, get alerts and even search for jobs using GPS.
Cons
I am really confused about the price. I just can't find it on their website.

We liked how easy it was to adapt the software for what we needed without any issue. Nothing was a problem to solve. We now have 13 engineers using it every day.

“Smooth integration
Pros
Integrating with our accounts system was key for us and this software does it. The system is well-designed and our staff found switching over to it relatively easy.
Cons
Since it's cloud-based, we're totally reliant on our broadband which is different from having an in-house server. But so far, the benefits definitely outweigh that.

“Easy to use
Pros
This is extremely easy to use, training only took a few hours. The extra engineer app lets me create jobs and send them to engineers in seconds. The app also shows engineers their previous job sheets which helps them work faster and more effectively.
Cons

this tool is very user friendly, quick to learn and has saved us so much time. Our company rep spent time with us to understand what we needed. Our engineers don't mind using the app because it cuts out so much paperwork. All the info they need is right there, no more searching through post-it notes and files. We can bill customers much faster now.

Pros
Because it's Windows-based, it's so easy to use. Linking it with our accounting package means we have access and visibility to everything in one place.
Cons
It's not a remote system. Being able to log into the database while working from home would be the icing on the cake.
