Pros

Updating data is super easy for me and the whole process feels quick and easy.

Cons

I had some trouble logging in through the PC browser. It doesn't take me inside the system like it should.

Pros

I really like the mobile accessibility and how it tracks customer data. The engineer reports are also a great feature.

Cons

How FieldCircle helps with service management

Pros

The software is really easy to use and moving through the menu feels simple and hassle-free. Everything is well-organized, so I never struggle to find what I need.

Cons

I think the software could still improve a little when it comes to accessing data. It could be more efficient in that area.

Pros

It is quite affordable and simple to use. Also the work orders and reports are delivered instantly.

Cons

My main concern is the lack of advanced customization options. Improving the dashboard so I can create my own reports and dashboards would be very helpful.

Checklists help keeping things organized

Pros

I appreciate that we get daily and weekly checklists, a monthly checklist and even a PPM checklist, these are the features I use most often.

Cons

No issues as such. Their team always provides excellent support and I receive quick, helpful responses whenever I reach out to them.

Awesome features

Pros

I've found their dispatching and scheduling modules very useful, along with product history, asset and customer management, opportunity tracking, estimates, sales-order features and reporting.

Cons

At the moment I don't have major complaints but I do think FieldCircle should strengthen its reporting for example, add customizable reports and an individual asset report that shows the complete change history, including timestamps and who made each update.
