Its not difficult to learn or handle. Even our front-line field technicians are able to operate this product without issues.
Cons
We would like to see better dashboard capabilities so we can more easily access and track overall performance. For the work order checklists, it'd be better if some checklist items are scheduled to appear automatically on a quarterly or biannual basis.

What I really like is how easy it is to use, its mobility, the quick responses from the support team and that it combines CRM and Field Service Management into a single, unified solution.
Cons
I don't have many complaints about this platform. Honestly, there's very little I dislike. If I want changes, I feel comfortable reaching out because the support staff are friendly, approachable and willing to collaborate until we resolve issues.

Pros
Choosing FieldCircle turned out to be a great move for our service and maintenance management needs. One of the biggest advantages we noticed is how highly configurable it is which made it much easier to tune the system to our processes and improve efficiency across the team.
Cons
There really isn't much that we feel is missing from our processes' perspective and it appears to me that the team already has a well-thought-out roadmap in place for future improvements.

It is really simple to automate a wide range of tasks and workflows which saved us time. The live map view and tracking give me excellent real-time visibility into field operations and being able to assess service delivery and technician performance through multiple KPIs has been very helpful. Also, the support team has been very responsive and supportive whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
My only real complaint is the limited advanced customization options which can be restrictive for more complex or highly specific workflows.

In our industry we use FieldCircle across sales, production, the warehouse and inventory management. The app makes it quite easy for our sales team to put together sales orders thanks to a wide range of options. On the backend, my team can effortlessly monitor reps' locations, attendance, client visits and daily expenses. Plus, our production and warehouse staff rely on FieldCircle so heavily that they genuinely can't imagine going an hour without opening it.
Cons
Personally, I see only a handful of improvements they could work on, like more powerful inventory management for large stock levels, an offline mode and a few other features. Overall, I don't have any major worries about the software.
