Saves a lot of time

Pros

It greatly simplifies creating, assigning and tracking work orders whether for scheduled maintenance or unexpected repairs saving time and keeping tasks much more organized.

Cons

The platform is powerful but setting up advanced customizations demands time or technical effort, especially when my workflows are unique or particularly complex.

My only problem is that customizable dashboards aren't available. I would have loved them although it's not a dealbreaker since they already provide hundreds of pre-made dashboards.

Awesome features

Pros

I've found their dispatching and scheduling modules very useful, along with product history, asset and customer management, opportunity tracking, estimates, sales-order features and reporting.

Cons

At the moment I don't have major complaints but I do think FieldCircle should strengthen its reporting for example, add customizable reports and an individual asset report that shows the complete change history, including timestamps and who made each update.

Simple to get the hang of

Pros

Its not difficult to learn or handle. Even our front-line field technicians are able to operate this product without issues.

Cons

We would like to see better dashboard capabilities so we can more easily access and track overall performance. For the work order checklists, it'd be better if some checklist items are scheduled to appear automatically on a quarterly or biannual basis.

What I really like is how easy it is to use, its mobility, the quick responses from the support team and that it combines CRM and Field Service Management into a single, unified solution.

Cons

Pleased with our decision

Pros

Choosing FieldCircle turned out to be a great move for our service and maintenance management needs. One of the biggest advantages we noticed is how highly configurable it is which made it much easier to tune the system to our processes and improve efficiency across the team.

Cons

There really isn't much that we feel is missing from our processes' perspective and it appears to me that the team already has a well-thought-out roadmap in place for future improvements.
