Pros
We use this in our power plant O&M company and it's been seamlessly integrated into our workflows. The FSM advisors at FieldCo have been incredibly helpful in organizing our data and they even assisted us in making process improvements. The mobile app is also very user-friendly for our tech teams working in the field.
Cons
The web interface was a bit difficult to understand when we first started but it became much easier after completing the online training.
