“Simplified our IT task
Pros
Fieldcode has really helped us stay on top of our IT service tasks. It gives me a clear view of everything going on, which is super important since we deal with pretty complex IT environments. I feel like I actually know what's happening now instead of constantly guessing.
Cons
Sometimes the updates come in pretty often and it can be a bit much to keep up with. But to be fair, the Fieldcode team does a solid job keeping us in the loop with webcasts and detailed notes, so we're never blindsided by changes.

“Reliable setup for future growth
Pros
Now that we're using Fieldcode, everything's way more manageable. We're on top of customer requests, the schedules are clear and staffing is way easier to handle. Everyone knows exactly what they need to do, which makes a big difference day to day.
Cons
They don't have built-in accounting or billing features but the software connects with accounting tools, so we've been able to make it work through integration.

“streamlines our ticket & info flow
Pros
We work with a lot of repeat customers and locations, so it's been awesome having Fieldcode automatically fill in ticket details based on past entries. It saves us a ton of time especially when we're dealing with back-to-back jobs.
Cons
We've got some pretty big lists, so it'd be super helpful if we could just import Excel files instead of building everything by hand. Right now, that's not an option but they did let us know it's something they're working on which is good to hear.

“Improved our whole service process
Pros
What really stands out to me is the workflow-driven setup. It's not just for field work, it also helps us manage the prep phase, like coordinating any special requirements. The way planning and execution are linked together keeps things running smoothly, no back-and-forth or confusion. Everything just clicks.
Cons
New features are always being added and sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the changes. But the good thing is, they go over everything during their monthly webcast calls so we're always updated and don't miss anything important.

“Better team coordination
Pros
What I like most about Fieldcode is how easy it is to use. The interface just makes sense and there's a ton of useful features. It's made managing both our sales and consultant teams a whole lot smoother. The real-time tracking and customizable workflows have seriously boosted how efficiently we get things done.
Cons
Getting everything set up and customized took a while and some of the more advanced tools have a bit of a learning curve. But once you get into it, it's pretty powerful.

“Quick scheduling
Pros
I honestly thought getting started would be tough because I don't have a technical background but it turned out to be super straightforward. I don't have to waste time figuring out who's available or where they're supposed to be. The scheduling tool handles all of that for me.
Cons
No real complaints here. The training materials and documentation were super helpful and whenever we needed support, the team was quick and friendly.

“Great for everyday jobs
Pros
Having automated task assignments has made a big difference for our operations. Things run smoother now and we can actually handle unexpected requests without scrambling. I also really like the custom reports, they give us the info we need without a ton of extra work.
Cons
Setting it up was a little tricky at first but their support team was really helpful and got us through it. Now everything's up and running smoothly.

“Helps us stay organized
Pros
We manage big, complicated projects that involve lots of different teams and contractors. Fieldcode's made it easy to securely bring on temp workers and subcontractors while keeping everyone on track. They can all access what they need, report their work and stay in sync even without full access to our system.
Cons
There's definitely a lot to learn with this system, but it's totally worth it. Plus, the support team has been super helpful, always quick to respond and really friendly.

“Speeds up jobs out in the field
Pros
It has saved us from so much manual data entry. We use it to manage all our tickets and for technicians to report their work. One of my favorite parts is how it automatically sends emails to users that alone saves us a bunch of time.
Cons
The software's been working great for us. We originally wanted to stick with the free version but since we've got more than 10 users, we had to switch to a paid account.

“Made field service much more manageable
Pros
We handle a lot of projects and Fieldcode has really helped us stay organized and communicate better. Everyone can see what's going on with tickets and our field techs can report back easily and fix problems faster. It keeps us all in the loop.
Cons
It has a ton of features, so It's difficult to operate. It took some time to figure everything out but it's packed with useful tools once you get the hang of it.

“Everything gets scheduled through Fieldcode
Pros
We've set up a bunch of different workflows in Fieldcode, which helps us handle a variety of projects. We use it to plan out tickets and the techs report everything right through the tool. It's also linked up with our customer systems, so tickets flow straight into this software automatically, no more copying stuff over by hand.
Cons
Sometimes it takes a while for new features to be added. And if something isn't part of the standard setup, it can be a bit complicated to get it included.

“Keeps field operations running smoothly
Pros
There were a few key things that really made Fieldcode stand out for us. First off it's super easy to connect it with all the different tools our customers use, which cuts down on transition time and costs. More importantly it's designed to boost productivity which, for us is huge in field service work. If you want to monitor and keep improving your setup, you need a clear, real-time view of what's going on and It gives us exactly that. The dashboards and the tool itself show everything live. Plus it actually guides our techs through their tasks instead of just asking them to report stuff. That's a big change from other tools we've tried. And to top it off, Fieldcode offsets the CO2 for every service we do, which lines up perfectly with our sustainability goals.
Cons
The software is great for running field service operations but it doesn't replace the need for separate ticket management software. It'd be awesome if they expanded it to include that kind of functionality down the line.
