“it works well if bugs are removed
Pros
What I liked most about FieldEdge was how easy it was to use. The design and functionality were simple to use.
Cons
One thing I really didn't like about FieldEdge is that there are still some bugs in the software that need to be worked out. It's a bit frustrating, especially when you expect everything to be smooth.

“FieldEdge doesn't quite deliver
Pros
I really like how the platform has a sleek, professional look, it definitely stands out to me.
Cons
Navigating the platform was tough for both technicians and office staff. It's also not great that office staff can't access jobs through the platform. On top of that, both technicians and office staff get locked out a lot. The worst part is that FieldEdge doesn't seem to have a solution for this.

“I really regret this choice

They provided some really helpful features that made it easier for me to evaluate performance and manage my clients.
Cons
I was really disappointed with the way FieldEdge handled their pricing and communication. They promised we'd pay 2.7% using Clearent, their payment processor but we were charged 3.4% right away. They never acknowledged any flaws in the program and instead, they blamed us for not using it properly. It was frustrating, especially since they didn't show any empathy for our problems and weren't able to help us at all.

Pros
It's super easy for me and my team, both the technicians in the field and the office staff, to use.
Cons
Customer support was almost nonexistent when we used FieldEdge. We were often left on our own to figure things out, which was a huge letdown.

“Save time with FieldEdge
Pros
The sales presentation was impressive but unfortunately, it just couldn't live up to the expectations they set.
Cons
They oversold what the software could do and when we actually implemented it, it didn't work as promised. After five months of setup, we still couldn't process a customer payment, which should be a basic feature.

Honestly, there was nothing I liked about it. The phone app is poorly built and doesn't work well at all.
Cons
The training was really lacking and the phone app didn't work well at all. It made using the software even harder than it should've been.

“Glitchy, not worth it

After using the software, nothing really stood out that helped ease the frustrations and issues we experienced.
Cons
The integration with accounting software was glitchy and the mobile app was very disappointing. Time tracking didn't work accurately and the options and features felt super basic. The training didn't help much in making the launch successful either. Every task in FieldEdge seemed to take more steps than it did in the system we were using before, so instead of saving time, it felt like a burden.

“Smooth Integration
Pros
The integrations went smoothly and the FieldEdge tech team really made everything easy. They walked me through the process step by step, which made it all come together without any issues.
Cons
When I had questions and needed help using the software, the customer service process felt slow and time-consuming. If I didn't communicate exactly the way the software's help area expected, I'd end up wasting a lot of time looking for answers.

Pros
This app is actually pretty solid for my line of work. It does exactly what I need it to do and it makes things so much easier.
Cons
So far, I don't have many complaints but it's definitely different from the other apps I've used. It's taking some getting used to.
