Getting access to all the features is a bit pricey. It would also be helpful to have a user manual, either video tutorials or documents... so new hires (freshers) can quickly understand the other options available in the software.

Updates come out very regularly, the customer support is top-notch and the amount of depth is impressive, endless subtasks, revision history for files and lots of other details. Tasks can live in multiple locations which makes organizing much more flexible, plus you get time logs with comments. Overall, it's packed with features and it's been 99% rock solid. It's especially useful for sales and service teams, the field guys can track everything without the usual chaos.

You can't make workspaces publicly viewable. The full feature set gets expensive and it's a bit hard to secure even a small discount for a non-profit.. but this is a great tool otherwise.
