Pros
I find it extremely useful for companies with field operations. From the first inquiry to job completion, it efficiently handles proposals, POs/work orders and service tickets. The result is better operational efficiency and cost savings.
Cons
It generates valuable business insights. However, I feel like the service aspect could use some improvements. Additionally, the inventory module should be enhanced to manage detailed material information more effectively.
