“HUGE thanks to Dane for the smooth switch!!
Pros
The program was quite easy to pick up and I am overjoyed that we finally made the official transition. What really stands out is how simple it is to chat with support and get quick responses when I need help. Dane provided amazing assistance throughout the whole process and I can't thank him enough!
Cons
I have noticed some lag and buffering issues though I suspect it's because the system is still new and handling lots of simultaneous users.

“Proven highly helpful for us
Pros
I love how this tool helps me stay super efficient and whenever I have questions the support team gets back to me fast. It keeps all my customer info organized which is perfect for handling warranty stuff. I can also add notes about each customer so we can give them better service on future calls.
Cons
The two main issues I have right now are pretty frustrating. First the offline functionality is really limited. I work in remote areas with no cell service and I cannot create invoices, estimates or even access the pricebook when I am at those locations. Second the search feature for items is way too picky like if you dont type the item name exactly as it was entered into the system, it won't find it and just prompts you to create a new one instead.

“All in one tool for field services
Pros
What I like most is having everything in one place. The GPS fleet tracking and onboard cameras make it easy to keep track of safe driving and stick to schedules. Our VOIP system keeps the team connected, so we never miss important calls or opportunities. Being able to email estimates, invoices, and service contracts directly from the app has really improved our sales process and cash flow management. The QuickBooks Desktop and Online integration works smoothly too. There are so many useful features, honestly too many to list. And on top of that, customer service has been great,
Cons
I wish there was a way to send one email to several customers simultaneously. Our corporate clients really depend on email chains for communication and this feature would help us serve them much better.

“This is our ultimate solution!
Pros
From day one the team made an amazing impression on us. Danny got our account running quickly without any delays, then we met Noor who spent weeks training me and my team on transitioning from House Call Pro. I cant express how helpful she was as she made us feel like her only priority. Her communication was always spot on and she answered every question we had or found answers fast. She walked us through all the features and once we got the basics down, everything just opened up and became easier to implement. Now our office staff and technicians use it daily and being able to record calls, save customer text messages and document job progress through photos has enabled us to provide excellent customer support. The feature that lets customers know we are on our way helps us stand out from competitors. And after training we moved to regular support and met Hannah, who is now our main contact. Her commitment level is amazing as Noor was right that we would be in good hands. Hannah's a rockstar too just like everyone else we have worked with there. Whether sending Loom videos for software improvements or using the chat feature for questions, everyone made our switch seamless. Moving over 2000 customers seemed like it would be a nightmare but the integration was surprisingly easy and worth the effort. So no regrets on our end. We run around 5000 jobs yearly and this platform makes tracking and managing every aspect much easier.
Cons
A few of the advanced features like maintenance agreements and recurring billing are difficult to navigate though I understand improvements are in the works.

“Clean app with Amazing Support
Pros
The systems simplicity really stands out as both the web interface for office staff and the mobile app for technicians are fairly user friendly. What really sets it apart though is the customer service team, who are always quick to respond and genuinely helpful when you need assistance.
Cons
Well the newer reporting tools lack some sorting options you'd find in other applications though I get that it is still in beta and being improved. Thats really my only complaint.

Pros
I am really impressed with how easy the interface is to use as picking it up was quick and everything just clicks. The customer service is outstanding as well. When I had my first issue I reached out via chat support and the rep fixed everything in just a few minutes.
Cons
While it does not have all the features from our previous software I get that simplicity is the goal here. And I am adjusting to the organised approach and honestly there is nothing I really dislike about the platform.

“Found the Right Solution for myself
Pros
I love how easy the interface is to use and all the customization options it offers plus, learning the system was simple and it has so many features that outshine other programs I've tried. So I would definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
The price is higher than we hoped for especially as a small business with limited budget. Though it's proven worth the investment but I would really like having a proper structured follow up system rather than having to create workarounds.

“Solid product but can improve
Pros
The interface is great and loaded with features that make my daily tasks easier. I am especially impressed with the scheduling and invoicing tools as they keep everything perfectly organized. What really impressed me is their customer service, they are quick, friendly and genuinely listen to feedback. It is clear that they are always improving the platform based on user suggestions which makes me confident they're committed to making it even better.
Cons
Project management features are not great for anything beyond simple tasks and there are no proper Gantt charts or dependency tracking for multi phase projects and when those features do exist, they require too much manual effort. The integrations also feel limited compared to other tools I have used making it hard to rely on this for more complex operations.

“Mixed feelings about it
Pros
I like being able to upload images and it really looks like this system has everything we need to manage a service business effectively.
Cons
The access restrictions are frustrating, and setting up admin controls is more complicated than I expected it to be. It's caused delays a few times which I feel like could have been avoided with a simpler setup.
