Pros
Works really well for my electronics shop. Most repair tools I tried before were either too generic or built for retail, this one actually feels designed for a repair shop. The custom fields are a big plus. The timer is very nicely done and my techs use it daily. After a few weeks i could see which repair types were taking longer than i was charging for, that data alone has helped me adjust my pricing. Ticket board works very well and customers get updates automatically so i don't have to message them one by one. Very responsive support.
Cons
Took a little time to set up the forms and statuses the way I wanted. Would also like a couple more reporting options down the line.
