Great program!

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use, plus the way it organizes activities like emails and calls with clients is super convenient. The built-in metrics make tracking everything easy.

Cons

Just like any software, there is an implementation process to go through before getting fully set up.

Highly recommend

Pros

Out of all the apps I tested before choosing FM, this one stood out as the most flexible and easiest to use. It just made sense from the start.

Cons

Honestly, there are not many issues but for the mobile version to run smoothly, at least 6GB of RAM is needed. Ideally, 8GB would make everything feel much more fluid.

Very flexible solution

Pros

It is simple, user-friendly and works seamlessly on mobile. The integration with email and WhatsApp is a big plus, making communication much smoother.

Cons

It can be challenging to make highly specific improvements and accessing lists of added information is not as simple as I would prefer.

I like how it lets me keep complete control over client details, making sure all important information is stored and easily accessible when needed.

Cons

There is no option to zoom in on the mobile app, which can make reading certain details a bit frustrating.

Perfect for any sales team

Pros

It is incredibly easy to use and I appreciate the commercial management features and team monitoring. The AI integration is a nice touch and the support team is always helpful and responsive.

Cons

The inability to customize reports or set specific goals makes it difficult to track key metrics in a flexible way.

Pros

The voice visit reports are a great feature! They make logging and reviewing visits so much more convenient.

Cons

It would be great to have better integration with third-party data for things like quotes, orders, and emails to streamline workflows.

Great for handling business

Pros

I have said this before but the support team is truly outstanding. They are quick and efficient when it comes to resolving any issues, which makes a huge difference.

Cons

The sales team has faced some internal issues with the tool and the feedback has not been great. We are still working through these challenges to reduce incidents and handle them more independently without always relying on technical support.

Smart, streamlined & powerful CRM

Pros

This CRM makes everything so simple! The sales team can get up to speed quickly and the ease of use really helps maximize its features.

Cons

There are a few minor details that need refining but I am sure they will keep improving over time.
