Pros

Love being able to track how our uploaded properties are progressing through the system. It's convenient that I can input all the property details and show the current condition by adding photos directly in the app.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this app. My only hope is that they keep delivering this level of quality and user experience over time so we can maintain our daily productivity.

It works perfectly for real estate operations. Creating property portfolios feels simple and the field service features really help with gathering information and defining project scopes.

Cons

The system doesn't track which team member last worked on a project or property when multiple people are using it which makes it hard to follow up on changes.

I really appreciate how mobile-friendly this app is. It's simple and being cloud-based means I can access everything from anywhere which is a huge convenience for my workflow.

Initial price is on the higher side which makes it tough when you're trying to decide whether to switch over to this platform

Pros

Well I find it to be convenient and the interface feels natural. Creating forms that match exactly what my project needs is simple and doesn't require much effort.

Interface feels a bit slow at times.
