“easy to organize schedules
Pros
I've really benefited from using it for my cleaning business. Organizing cleaning schedules is simple and I can assign specific employees to tasks based on there skills. The real-time monitoring lets me track everything in detail as it happens.
Cons
Main issue I've run into is that it doesn't work offline at all. When your internet connection goes down you basically lose access to most features which can be really frustrating during critical moments.

“Templates save me effort
Pros
The scheduling and rostering features have been a game-changer for my workflow. Creating cleaning task templates and connecting them to specific sites has really taken the stress out of managing schedules.
Cons
The biggest downside is there's no mobile app for employees. My cleaners sometimes need to check schedules, update there availability or log hours when they're not at a computer.

“simple to assign tasks
Pros
Scheduling programs and task assignments work really well here. I find it super simple to set up cleanings and delegate specific duties to different team members.
Cons
One downside I found is that there's no connection between the sheet and payroll system. Information doesn't flow back and forth automatically so I have to put in extra work to get everything lined up properly. This creates additional steps that I need to handle at the end of every pay period.
