Pros
It has everything we need without being too complicated. The scheduling and live status features are a game-changer for us. We can track our technicians in real-time, give our clients accurate time estimates for when their issues will be resolved and always have a complete work history to refer back to whenever needed.
Cons
The initial process of importing all our information, customizing the software to fit our needs and getting the team on board was pretty frustrating at times. It took us a while to get everything set up but once it was done, using the system became a pleasure.
