“Beginner-friendly software”
Pros
The software is easy to use which made it quick for us to adopt and led to a faster return on investment. The integration with other systems was smooth too thanks to the GeoPAl API.
Cons
I think it would be helpful if there was an option to disable device tracking globally or on a per-user basis.

“Reduces staff reliance and streamlines processes”
Pros
I really like the focused approach to data capture in various forms. It works pretty well if not exceptionally with annotations, electronic signatures and images. Overall I am very satisfied with the template design that includes logic scripting and the ability to monitor real-time progress is a great feature.
Cons
This may not be the right fit for every vendor. Since efficiency is important for any business, it is a good idea to check with the vendor before buying. I did not encounter any issues but I did upgrade my RAM as recommended by the manufacturer.
