Pros
It was surprisingly easy to pick up and it fits right in with our ISO 9001 documentation. I was impressed by how quickly our team, even those without IT experience, got the hang of it. The support team has been amazing and they are always ready to help. It made switching from outdated paper forms to a digital system easy and now our data collection is faster, clearer and way more accurate.
Cons
I had to figure out the system on my own but it is pretty logical and support is always there when I need help.

“Great fit for Procore integration”
Pros
Setting up a Procore integration with GoFormz was very easy for me! The process was simple and customer support was there whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
Reporting works well but I really wish we could generate reports based on custom fields. That would make things a lot easier.

Learning to use GoFormz was incredibly simple and I love how well it integrates with other software. Their customer service is top-notch! and the team are always quick to jump in and help whenever we need it.
Cons
It is a small thing but sometimes we run into issues with workflows between different software programs. Luckily, the customer service team is always quick to jump in and help us sort things out!

Pros
Switching to GoFormz was a game-changer for me. Going paperless improved my workflow, reduced delays and made distributing forms simple. The high level of customization when creating forms is a huge plus. I also love how it connects with third-party apps like Dropbox and Google Drive, making everything even more seamless.
Cons
I would love to see more upgrades that improve the offline functionality of GoFormz. That would make it even more useful.

The AI-powered forms work great for business tasks and surveys. There is no complicated setup, just subscribe and start using it right away. The 30-day free trial gives plenty of time to try out all the features. I also like that it has AI tools for auto-writing, fixing typos and checking grammar. Security is strong since I can log in using my Google or official account. Plus, the e-signature feature makes things even easier.
Cons
Honestly, there is not much to complain about since it offers all the features I need at a reasonable price. The UI could use a little improvement but overall it is well worth the cost.

GoFormz is really easy to pick up and the help site is great, I could find most answers myself, which was a big plus. Being able to auto-fill forms from a data source has saved me so much time.
Cons
One thing that can get frustrating is when I try to delete a field. If I have the "Add New Field" section open while working, I have to switch to the "Template Field" section to permanently remove it. That process can get a little confusing.
