“Really good videos
Pros
GPS Insight has a ton of great features but honestly, being able to track both the truck and the driver has already saved us more than once.
Cons
Sometimes finding events can be tricky. If there's no alert and a driver mentions something happening between certain times, it becomes hard to track down the exact event.

“Top service & good products
Pros
Having the ability to see exactly what my technicians are doing, along with the alerts, has been incredibly helpful in showing them what's expected. The weekly reports have also made a big impact on our scores. It even turned into a competition, which pushed them to really improve!
Cons
It's a bit frustrating that I can't view a spreadsheet or page with all my technicians and their weekly scores. I get a lot of questions about them but I have to go to each technician's page individually to check. I can only see the top and bottom three without going into each technician's details.

“Fleet management solutions
Pros
As a fleet mechanic, the service reminders are really useful for helping me stay on top of all the services.
Cons
After the service page changed, the old truck info didn't transfer over, which caused a bit of confusion.

“Great app
Pros
I really like the Manager mobile app, it's so much better than the first version. Setting up and managing vehicles is simple and easy to grasp. Managing maintenance is also simple as well. We have regular meetings with the team and they've been really helpful for giving feedback and asking questions. They've been great to work with over the years. Whenever I reach out to support, they're always helpful. There was a time when the support desk seemed a bit overwhelmed during the 3G changeouts, and they weren't as available for installation issues but everything has been sorted out
Cons
Billing can be a real problem. We go through these cycles where they can't get the rate right or the number of vehicles or sometimes both. Resolving the issue can take months. I'd like to see the modems or unit numbers listed on the invoices instead of just a total number; it makes it harder to figure out the problem. When GPS Insight finds a bug, I'd appreciate some communication about what the issue is, what's being done to fix it and when we can expect it to be resolved. Also, when changes are made that affect us we should be notified. It's not great when we have to find out on our own. For example the non-reporting performance report selection changed from OR functions to AND functions and sometimes vehicle maintenance doesn't work correctly after an oil change, and the help desk has to adjust the date by one day. I've also noticed that sometimes the vehicle only reports data periodically while driving and I see long gaps in the mileage. The usual answer from the service desk is to push the latest firmware but why is this still an issue? Why can't firmware updates be pushed to devices automatically? It makes me question the data for all devices, not just the ones I happen to notice issues with. I usually spot this when reviewing the driving history of a vehicle.

“Good product
Pros
Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Whenever I reach out they'e quick to respond and always provide clear, helpful solutions.
Cons
Maintaining the ELD is costly and dealing with logs can be tricky on the back end. I miss the old laptop version, where operators could update logs on the laptop instead of through the ELD.

“Worth the money
Pros
It is so easy to use, which makes everything a lot simpler. The apps for both phone and laptop are really helpful and I can manage everything while on the go. Locating assets is also very easy and I get tons of alerts that I can customize to fit what I need. The support is awesome too, there's hardly any wait time and the team is always super helpful. The screen software is clear and easy to customize.
Cons
Reception is an issue in some areas and installing in older class 7 & 8 trucks can be challenging. The new class 7 & 8 trucks are much easier to work with.

“Very easy to operate
Pros
It's incredibly easy to use and I love how simple it is to use. The product is designed to be very user-friendly.
Cons
The report function still has some glitches. I've submitted a couple of tickets about issues with pulling reports. For example, all vehicles weren't showing up, so I had to go in individually to pull each report.
