“Terrible financing experience, lost deals

Pros

I was asked to explain why I liked the company but honestly I did not. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a financing provider. The team at Hearth was completely unresponsive and I ended up losing two signed deals. Despite being prequalified my clients never got a call back. When I reached out to customer service I was told there would be no refund. There was no accountability, poor communication and zero support. I strongly advise contractors to avoid this company. I won't be using it again.

This has been the worst financing company I have dealt with. I lost two confirmed projects because it never answered their phones or followed up with my clients, even after they were prequalified and had signed contracts with me. My clients ended up choosing another company offering on the spot financing since it failed to call them back, despite my multiple attempts to reach out. When I contacted their customer service, they did not help and refused to refund my money. I am very disappointed. Also the reps were unresponsive and unhelpful and the whole experience was a nightmare. So if you are a contractor or homeowner looking for reliable financing, avoid it at all costs as they have the worst customer service and don't support their platform.

“Good only for a startup

It helped us move our estimates and contracts to a digital format and offered financing options for our clients.

Cons

The cost of financing was very high even for clients who did not get approved for financing that year.

Hearth seems great from the outside only.

Let me tell you that customer service can be a bit too harsh at times and difficult to get in touch with.

Take my advise and DO NOT trust this company as they will take advantage of small businesses.

They will take your money and leave you hanging. It really hurt our small women owned business here in Arizona.

Setting up and onboarding was simple. They make it easy to get started but at the same time do not make it easy to actually succeed.

Cons

I would say a horrible business model as you pay them no matter what. Also terrible customer service, poor business ethics and terrible financing rates for our customers.
