Great feature

Pros

In my opinion the classic version is still the best. It has more features and performs better for my business needs than the web FSM. I personally like the Win95/98 design because it is user friendly and practical but that's just my preference. The web FSM is visually appealing and functional too. Since we use both systems for different departments, we are fully satisfied with how they work together seamlessly.

Cons

The web interface design is not as customizable as the classic version which I personally prefer. Also it would be great if the web interface offered more customization options as that would really make it perfect.

Pros

The product was developed by service employees for service employees which is clear from many of its features and overall usability.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that the color scheme of the application takes some getting used to.

Meets expectations

Pros

We are really impressed with the Innosoft FSM product and the customer support that comes with it. It provides an excellent solution for managing resources across multiple locations. What stood out to us was the collaboration with Innosoft and the support in digitizing our processes and forms. Plus business processes are quickly adapted and mapped in cooperation with various departments and key users integrating smoothly into the system.

Cons

The performance slows down on some views especially when we are displaying more than 30 employees over a longer period of time in the planning board.

Would work with it anytime!

Pros

Right from the start we received excellent support. The project manager has been outstanding in terms of quality and speed when making adjustments. The software is also very user friendly and the learning curve is minimal.

Cons

I feel like a modernization of the statistics tool would be a great improvement.

All past process gaps were solved by it

Pros

Everything is integrated into one solution from the ticket system to phone center, deployment planning and mobile field service. This makes managing everything much more efficient and streamlined for us.

Cons

The software is design feels a bit outdated to me and does not match current trends.
