You need to have a good tablet (with a high-speed processor) to keep the buffering time down. We have over 3000 items and with our old tablet it was slow.

The customer service is outstanding and the support team really cares about making sure the software does exactly what I need. I love that I can customize things to work the way we do business. And honestly the price just can't be beat.

Making certain changes in the software can take a while. I'd like more personal training on how to use the new features.

It was easy to use and set up. The customer service is very responsive and helped us customize things for our company's needs. I also love that they communicate in both English and Spanish. The monthly fee is totally reasonable.

My salespeople needed software that works offline and can upload later. They travel a lot and don't always have internet, making a client wait for spotty service was unprofessional. This system is easy to use and works anytime, anywhere for a salesperson on the go.

There were occasional issues with invoices failing to import into QuickBooks so we had to keep an eye out for that.

It's very easy to use, syncs with QuickBooks and has so many useful features like routing and customer geolocation.
