I really appreciate all the extra features our old platform didn't have. Transferring data from our accounting software into Insitu was very easy and Steven walked me through it over the phone.
Cons
Nothing about the software itself but our old rugged field printers didn't work well with the new platform.

“the complete end-to-end solution
Pros
It has made our ordering and delivery process so much smoother and easier, both for my team and for our customers.
Cons
There were a few bugs at first but that's natural since we started using Insitu DSD early on a couple of years ago. It's amazing how far the platform has come. Our route drivers use it, the sales team uses it, our customers order through the portal and hopefully soon our warehouse will use the inventory system too.

Pros
We've been using Insitu for over 6 years and I can't recommend it enough. The Customer Service is always so helpful, too!
Cons
Sometimes the connectivity with QB is faulty but this is very rare, maybe three times in six years.

The support and management team is the BEST. They consistently work hard to fix even the smallest glitches and they're always open to my suggestions and new ideas.
Cons
We've been using this software for over 5 years and it just gets better. Our only wish is related to QuickBooks Desktop since Intuit only provides a "web connector" for it, unlike their online product.

Pros
It syncs perfectly with QuickBooks so our outside sales reps can easily check inventory. Steven has been the absolute best with customer service from onboarding to following up long after the initial setup!
Cons
If an order is placed in-house it sometimes doesn't sync with the rep's app so the customer's account balance doesn't show accurately.

Honestly I got a lot of promises from InSitu but no real solutions.
Cons
Their team doesn't take responsibility for their flawed system. They don't live up to their promises. They overpromise and underdeliver.

As a self-distributing microbrewery there are a ton of steps to selling and delivering our products. Before Insitu we were using about three different platforms just to complete one sale. it has put everything we need in one place which has seriously boosted my sales team's efficiency.
Cons
We've experienced a few hiccups in the software. However InSitu's customer service has been impeccable at resolving our issues.�teena�is a great resource who works diligently to respond to our questions whenever we have one.

Insitu Sales lets my field reps enter their orders anytime, day or night with the confidence that the office will have everything ready to go by the next business day.
Cons
Using groups in QuickBooks makes the inventory management system useless.

It was very easy to set up and use. With the automatic QuickBooks sync we only have to worry about keeping one software updated and it just pulls the info right from QuickBooks.
Cons
The UI's look and feel could use some work. I'd also like better filtering when ordering products like by expiration dates and lot numbers.

The best thing for our business is how it integrates with QuickBooks Desktop. It probably saves us 50 hours or more every month on data entry.
Cons
There are some bugs with the integration and it doesn't handle credits or taxes very well when syncing with QuickBooks.

Pros
It's very easy to use especially the mobile app. Any of my sales reps can figure it out without much training. The icons are big and bold and you don't even need to be connected to the internet all the time. You can use it offline and it syncs up later. It's way better than Odoo which just stops working if the connection is bad.
Cons
The invoice doesn't print properly. It doesn't show the total number of items billed, the customer's name is missing and you can't customize anything. Support isn't responding to emails or phone calls. It also doesn't integrate automatically with Odoo.

What I like about Insitu Sales is that the features seem endless and we discover new ones all the time. Their staff is top-notch, always ready to help and really knows the platform inside and out. They respond immediately whenever we have a situation.
