InSitu Sales Features
Cross-Device Access And Data Sync
Accessible across devices with iOS and Android apps, the platform supports offline mode to keep teams productive without connectivity. Data automatically syncs with QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP B1, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records both in the office and field.
Pre-Sales And DSD Support
Field reps can manage pre-sales or DSD transactions with personalized settings, optimized routes, and mobile tools. They can print or email invoices, take barcode-scanned orders, track purchase history, and securely process electronic payments, streamlining operations while reducing errors and costs.
Admin Portal And Sales Oversight
InSitu Sales features ‘inSitu Sales’ admin site, which lets managers monitor operations, assign micro zones, track reps via live GPS, provide personalized PDF product catalogs, and generate enhanced analytics. These features support team accountability, streamline workflows, and give insight into sales performance.
Mobile Field Sales CRM

Defense & Space, 500+ employees
Less than 6 months
“smooth switch, immediate upgrade”
Pros
I really appreciate all the extra features our old platform didn't have. Transferring data from our accounting software into Insitu was very easy and Steven walked me through it over the phone.
Cons
Nothing about the software itself but our old rugged field printers didn't work well with the new platform.

“reliable and helpful tool”
Pros
We've been using Insitu for over 6 years and I can't recommend it enough. The Customer Service is always so helpful, too!
Cons
Sometimes the connectivity with QB is faulty but this is very rare, maybe three times in six years.

“the complete end-to-end solution”
Pros
It has made our ordering and delivery process so much smoother and easier, both for my team and for our customers.
Cons
There were a few bugs at first but that's natural since we started using Insitu DSD early on a couple of years ago. It's amazing how far the platform has come. Our route drivers use it, the sales team uses it, our customers order through the portal and hopefully soon our warehouse will use the inventory system too.
