Pros

At first, support was available but later we were ghosted!

Cons

There are so many problems such as syncing problems, duplicate customer entries and duplicate payments, support has not been helpful in addressing these issues for us.

Customizable but quite outdated

Pros

We liked that it was customizable to meet our needs and the ability to add maintenance agreements made them easy to view.

Cons

The design of it feels outdated and we would like a better option for scheduling installations clearly as well as more modern GPS features to track our technicians. While these features are available, they are not as advanced as we had hoped for.
