“Organized reports that customers love”
Pros
Right from the start the system felt well organized and simple to work with even without any formal software training. This review comes after completing around 60 inspection reports and customers have been genuinely impressed by how thorough and complete the final reports are.
Cons
One limitation is that the system only allows two photo sizes to be set up. It would be much better to have a larger photo option so details are easier to see.

“fantastic comment library”
Pros
Switching to this tool four years ago was one of the best decisions I made and I honestly haven't wanted to go back. The comment library is excellent and if you need something specific their team will even create a custom comment for you which says a lot about their service. The platform is user-friendly and laid out in a very organized way which puts it ahead of a lot of other software options. The tab setup works really well, too. I also really enjoy using the app on my iPad while I'm out in the field. I'm able to capture all my photos and field notes on the iPad then export everything to my PC to wrap up the report and add in DDIDs. It has worked out extremely well for me.
