“very slow image uploads and crashes lose data
Pros
It was easy to start with because the basic things work in a simple way.
Cons
Biggest issue was how slow it was to upload pictures. It took forever especially with a weak Wi-Fi signal. Trying to upload them using mobile data was nearly impossible. It was also really frustrating when the program would crash and you'd lose all the information you'd just entered into a report. Having to type everything all over again wasted so much time.

Pros
The sales demo showed us exactly what we wanted to hear but the actual product turned out to be nothing like what we were sold.
Cons
The software is complicated and missing some basic features. It's also annoying that you have to pay extra for things that other software includes by default.

Pros
I like Joblogic's intuitive interface, the ability to track jobs in real-time and the automated invoicing. it all helps our operations run more smoothly. The mobile app is a good feature for our field workers to update job statuses on the go.
Cons
it is a great tool but it could be better in a couple of areas. The reporting features feel a bit limited and could use more customization options. Also the mobile app can be slow sometimes which messes with real-time updates.

The best thing about this tool is that the system is very easy to use and to train people on. We got it up and running quickly and it meets most of our business needs.
Cons

I like the look of the system dashboard and their sales team was nice.
Cons
The system is so slow and the way it connects with accounting software is terrible. The setup process isn't helpful, the drag-and-drop for jobs doesn't work and the mobile app is awful and doesn't update properly.

JobLogic works great for HR companies and it really streamlines their processes. Also the interface is clean and easy to use without adding unnecessary complexity.
