“very slow image uploads and crashes lose data

It was easy to start with because the basic things work in a simple way.

Cons

Biggest issue was how slow it was to upload pictures. It took forever especially with a weak Wi-Fi signal. Trying to upload them using mobile data was nearly impossible. It was also really frustrating when the program would crash and you'd lose all the information you'd just entered into a report. Having to type everything all over again wasted so much time.

The sales demo showed us exactly what we wanted to hear but the actual product turned out to be nothing like what we were sold.

Cons

The software is complicated and missing some basic features. It's also annoying that you have to pay extra for things that other software includes by default.

I like Joblogic's intuitive interface, the ability to track jobs in real-time and the automated invoicing. it all helps our operations run more smoothly. The mobile app is a good feature for our field workers to update job statuses on the go.

Cons

it is a great tool but it could be better in a couple of areas. The reporting features feel a bit limited and could use more customization options. Also the mobile app can be slow sometimes which messes with real-time updates.

It's one of the very few options in this field and I'm a big fan of its inventory tracking feature.

There aren't many integrations available with other tools.

honestly, there's nothing about this software that worries me.

The best thing about this tool is that the system is very easy to use and to train people on. We got it up and running quickly and it meets most of our business needs.

The only thing I don't like is that the user interface isn't very friendly and the overall design feels like it needs a major update.

Umm i feel like cost can be a bit high for smaller businesses which might put it out of reach for startups or companies on a tight budget.

One downside is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first.. there's a lot to learn.

It takes some time to get fully comfortable with the app in a real work setting but it gets easier with practice.

I like the look of the system dashboard and their sales team was nice.

The system is so slow and the way it connects with accounting software is terrible. The setup process isn't helpful, the drag-and-drop for jobs doesn't work and the mobile app is awful and doesn't update properly.

We needed to make a change to one of our forms and I spoke with Farhan Waseem Bhatti. He was extremely helpful and very thorough in making sure the changes were exactly what we needed. He was also very patient throughout the process.

I didn't have any complaints this time.

I really like the automatic job cost calculation feature as it is a huge time saver and makes my work so much easier.

For similar cost line items I feel like Excel might be a better and more efficient option than this tool.

JobLogic works great for HR companies and it really streamlines their processes. Also the interface is clean and easy to use without adding unnecessary complexity.

One thing I did not like is that it shows constant errors most of the time.
