I like that they offer specialized apps like LOGINEXT MILETM, LOGINEXT FIELDTM, LOGINEXT HAULTM, LOGINEXT ON DEMANDTM and LOGINEXT REVERSETM, each built around different client requirements. Also, their APIs let you integrate your ERPs and order management systems easily so you can automate shipment control instead of managing everything manually.
Cons
Since I've mostly worked on the API side, I noticed the team is still expanding what's available through the API and continues adding more operations over time. Customer and technical support has been genuinely helpful too... responses are very proactive and they handle questions and queries well. So I guess im saying i have no cons to write here!
