Route planning and optimization work really well and the delivery management side is handled through a web-based, agile SaaS platform. There's been 99.9% uptime, plus regular and free feature updates which keeps things improving over time. The setup is also very customizable so it can fit different workflows without much hassle.

Cons

No real complaints on the functionality side. The only thing I'd change is giving the UI a quick facelift to feel more modern.

Felt that route planning is super easy and the app has been reliable, there's never been any downtime. It also handles rider cash reconciliation well and the daily reporting feature is clear and useful. Overall, it's a solid, dependable tool for rider operations.

Found no issues, nothing negative showed up on my side and after comparing a bunch of logistics software options, we went with this one because it turned out to be a complete solution for our company.

It automatically routes my trips so I barely have to do any editing which really keeps things moving for me.

Occasionally it freezes. When that happens, I just log out and log back in and it's back to working normally.

We use this software quite often across multiple people and it helps keep track of truck data and locations reliably. The tracking and data monitoring are the main strengths in our day-to-day operations.

Cold logistics temperature compliance has been a persistent problem and the team hasn't managed to resolve it yet. Geofencing is also tricky... especially since we have multiple restaurants in the same area which makes location detection harder than expected.

Tracking has been really excellent and the whole setup feels convenient for drivers to access as they go about their routes. The visibility and updates work well for day-to-day operations.

Cons

Using it to manage a fleet for third-party logistics (3PL) brings some complications for us. The biggest challenge is handling customer trip pricing making sure the platform accounts for how we price trips for our customers.

Super easy to use and genuinely user friendly. It lets me track multiple fleet parameters which gives clear insights, plus it triggers alarms whenever anything deviates from the expected range.

The app isn't available on iOS, it's Android only. That makes it pretty inconvenient if you have iOS since they'd have to keep opening a laptop to monitor shipments.

UX could use some refinement, there's a bit too much cranked up by default. Also, Watchtower looks like it needs a few tweaks to make it fit more smoothly.

The interface is really easy to use and the functionality feels dynamic enough for what I need day to day. Route optimization also comes out accurate which makes planning and movement much more reliable.

One thing missing for my operation is automation, it's a required feature. Also, a few of the agent devices I work with don't support tracking through the agent app.
