Pros

The software gives me real-time tracking along with frequent updates on my fleet's movements. It's also pretty convenient to carry around, the battery lasts a long time and the overall cost feels more affordable compared to other options.

Cons

Connectivity can be spotty in remote areas sometimes but its a good software overall, no major issue.

Working at a large company, we run into the same headache with drivers handling supplies, deliveries and route planning without solid technical support. It has been a lifesaver here, it tracks everything and generates efficient reports so our teams can stay aligned and run more smoothly. Since rolling it out, we've also seen a noticeable drop in wasted, redundant time.

Cons

Compatibility isn't perfect with every system we use. We've had a couple of hardware/software incidents along the way. There's also occasional trouble when multiple people try to view the same report... sometimes it even logs someone out unexpectedly. Also, frequent updates can occasionally introduce new issues.

Real-time tracking feature is the part I appreciated the most since it genuinely added a lot of value to my business. It helps me stay on top of what's happening without any delay.

Dashboard is my favorite part, it helps me quickly understand what's happening out in the field. Customer support has also been excellent... whenever I ran into an issue, their team was available 24/7 and helped resolve it.

No real complaints. Their team has been there every time I needed assistance and I haven't faced any issues worth calling out yet.

Pros

This software is a solid option for the logistics industry, mainly as a route optimization tool. The optimization engine performs quite well and I really appreciate the good API integration along with the dashboard that makes it easier to track things.

Cons

Mobile app still needs work particularly the iOS version. Features such as grouping orders aren't available on iOS even though they exist on Android. Also, the geofence master option could use some improvement.

“fast trip creation and alerts”

Pros

Trip creation is easy, whether I'm setting it up from the web portal or the mobile app. Trip notifications land exactly when they should and the ETA details are clearly defined and generally accurate. Support is also easy to reach... phone and email both work. Also, the device feels truly rugged, mounts securely and the battery life holds up well.

Cons

Once a trip has started, there's no option to modify the route so you have to plan the fixed route for each trip ahead of time. If there's any diversion, the tracking and shipment ETA can fall apart. It's best suited for road shipments.. handling shipments via other transport types feels a bit more tiring.

Covers a lot of things we actually need... auto route planning, dispatching and live, accurate tracking. We're using it mainly for route planning for beverage products and it's been really valuable overall. The pricing feels worth it for the features you get and the interface is easy enough for our team to use without much hassle.

Route optimization is a really useful feature in this system. The underlying algorithm runs pretty quickly and the statistical model you've implemented behind the scenes is genuinely impressive.

Cons

The conditions and parameters you can set are fairly limited, likely because this is a POC. Once it's fully customized for our needs, I expect the experience to feel a lot better.

Pros

Location mapping with geo-fencing, E PODs and solid digital sign-off with full traceability of the goods are the standout benefits I'm getting from this software. It's helped me manage the existing fleet inventory more effectively which translates into faster T.A.T.s and a higher number of trips. There also seems to be a clear upside in increasing the utilization of the current fleet without having to invest in new vehicles.

Cons

Platform works well for digital PODs and tracking but there are still some gaps when it comes to overall cost effectiveness. Route planning needs to be more impressive to close that loop. Also, once the rollout starts, getting the staff properly involved is crucial, without that ownership, the project won't reach its full potential.

This app feels easy and self-explanatory so there's very little confusion when moving to the next step, at each screen you basically only have two options, Next or Raise a concern. It's easy to understand from the FE level and it also comes with solid features to control and monitor activities.

Cons

There's room to improve the KM running and the report-fetching tool. If we need route plan details after a FE visit, it should show a more detailed map and KM run, similar to how Uber makes it easier to validate. Right now, when there's no network connection during the trip, it displays a straight-line travel path and approximate kilometers which ends up being misleading.

A standout for me is how flexible it is... everything can be customized to fit different needs. It also includes live tracking and monitoring, along with detailed route analysis and route planning which is genuinely one of the best parts of the system.

Cons

Data syncing isn't consistently on time and that delay is already being flagged to the relevant team. It would be better if customer service had a dedicated division and could respond in real time for support when issues come up.

It gives timely visibility to both the client and the one using it. The load-building functions are really helpful for completing load details and the vehicle notifications keep me updated. Also, the Play Store app access lets me log in and manage things from anywhere.

Cons

Technical team didn't handle the vehicle installation properly and it ended up burning the vehicle wiring.
