Pros
I love how simple the system is to use, from the initial setup to everyday tasks. The fact that it was designed by someone who owns a cleaning company makes a huge difference because it feels perfectly suited to industry needs. Plus, the customer service is outstanding.
Cons
This is an excellent solution for a cleaning business and I appreciate that they are open to feedback and actively implement good suggestions. I didnt have any issues.

The sales and account management representative assigned to me was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. I truly enjoyed every interaction with her.
Cons
I have not run into any problems on my end. While it costs a little more than I initially planned to spend, the value it provides makes it worth it.

The user interface is simple to use and has a sleek, clean design. The platform is packed with features and after researching similar products, I realized that many competitors charge extra for fewer capabilities.
Cons
I think the platform could be improved with better marketing analytics and built-in campaign tools. It is great that text and file messaging features are already in development. A small update to show independent contractor invoices as paid would also be a helpful addition.

I like that I can integrate Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms directly into the calendar. This feature makes scheduling so much more efficient.
Cons

I appreciate how the software keeps evolving with new and improved features. It is easy to operate and I like that I can customize my own content. The layout is well-structured and visually appealing.
Cons
There is only one person assigned to assist customers and any modifications need to be emailed and forwarded to the software team for execution, which can take a few weeks to process.

Cons
I was unable to schedule customers who live near each other because the system did not recognize that they were in the same building. However, the team is already working on a fix for this issue.
