I really like how simple and user friendly this platform is to navigate.

Nothing comes to mind that bothers me about this tool.

Pros

It allows me to easily track all our scheduled appointments, send reminders by email or text and stay on top of invoices and payments.

Cons

While it is still relatively new, there have been some bugs to iron out. But the good thing is that support team is responsive though and will customize features when I need them.
