This app made a big difference

Pros

This app has totally changed the way we work. We used to waste so much time and money printing and mailing plans across Canada. Now we just upload everything to the portal and it syncs right into the app. It is fast and easy.

Cons

When it comes to fixing an error on the app it requires a 24 hour window which can be a bit tricky, especially when we have a merchandiser in store. However the web version updates instantly.

We love it!

Pros

Before using the Merch app our team barely collaborated. Now reps from different cities can easily share photos and info all in one place, breaking down communication barriers. The messaging feature has been a huge boost as it encourages friendly competition and recognition which really motivates everyone. Productivity has gone up too and the real-time data and reports are proven highly valuable for both the team and management.
