complicated data management

Pros

I'm not sure yet I needed something quickly and at first glance this software seemed to work fine.

Cons

For me it's complicated to manage companies, deployment sites, product data and similar details.

Precise quotes and organized records

Pros

Okay so now I'm able to create precise measurements, assemble professional quotes and issue invoices all within the software and I also keep customer records and contact details organized and up to date which really reduces the administrative burden for me.

Cons

What frustrates me is that the formatting of the header and footer is locked down and cannot be adjusted by the user so I can't tweak fonts, spacing or layout to personalize documents for my clients.

simple tool with sleek design

Pros

This tool is remarkably simple to use for my team and it has excellent usability and a sleek, attractive design that makes navigation pleasant.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind as a drawback right now although I would appreciate additional features, such as a connector to Salesforce which could make the tool even more useful in a CRM-driven workflow.

Full-featured with mobile-friendly features

Pros

How simple the platform is!! It combines a full range of tools that meet my needs, the pricing structure feels fair, I value the freedom to design my own checklists and the mobile app, reporting capabilities and online tracking all work together to make managing tasks easy.

Cons

While using it I've noticed some minor translation errors but they don't persist because the team updates them continuously so it hasn't been a major problem for me.

fast, flexible, responsive support

Pros

I'm really impressed by how fast and flexible it is and I appreciate that the interface stays simple while support responds promptly and helpfully.

Cons

In my experience certain administrative editing features on the online platform could be improved, as they sometimes feel clunky and limiting.

Cross-platform ease of use

Pros

With outstanding ease of use across platforms, I've found I can open it on any device, upload and print documents and even sign them directly on my tablet.

Cons

I do notice that the overall order overview in the App Vision displays much better when I use a computer or a larger tablet because the layout becomes cramped and far less convenient on smaller devices like my iPhone.

simple checklists that saves time

Pros

The system is really simple, I can easily build and adjust checklists myself whenever needed and all of the recorded data stays accessible to the service engineers which I find particularly useful if they have to come back for a second visit so I never have to enter dates twice into any application and overall it's a real saver of both time and money while producing more trustworthy data and information.

Cons

Not a con but I'm disappointed to find that Windows tablets are not supported which unfortunately limits the devices I can use.

Perfect for comprehensive reports

Pros

We rely on this powerful field reporting tool for generating comprehensive reports on site and I've been pleased that the iPad app works offline when connectivity is spotty, its Mobile Field Report checklists helped us document and map our business processes effectively and technicians can annotate photos directly on the iPad during inspections.

Cons

I'm frustrated by the weak invoicing features which don't meet our billing needs and I wish the scheduler would let me filter technicians by location so assigning local staff would be far more efficient.
