“Learning it felt confusing and tough

Pros

It works well with our existing libraries and the therapist interface is user friendly too but the BCBA side needs significant improvement.

Cons

The interface feels unnecessarily complicated to me and is not very user-friendly at all.

“Highly versatile and helpful

Pros

I really like that they are a newer company that actually listens to what customers want. They have been great about taking our feedback and rolling out new features to address the things we have asked for. Overall it feels like they genuinely care about adapting to meet our needs.

Cons

It still needs some work compared to more established options like Central Reach and Catalyst. The way data is displayed visually could definitely use improvement.

“Really detailed system but a bit too complex

Pros

The good thing about it is that I can view large amounts of data in different display formats which is really helpful and once you learn the right process, adding new users to the system is pretty simple too.

Cons

Finding the right information can be tough with so many dashboards and filters to navigate. Even small setup mistakes can mess up data transfers and throw off the numbers. Also the learning curve is steep so it takes a lot of training to use it well meaning only a few people in our company truly understand the system due to time constraints.

Pros

Motivity mobile app is really great and simeple to use mainly when I am working with job sheets.

Cons

It keeps showing a logged in notification that won't go away unless you manually sign out which gets annoying over time.
