Motivity Features
Motivity replaces paper forms with fully customizable electronic job sheets. You use your existing paperwork design, logos, and forms—risk assessments, service check sheets, inspection certificates—and generate high quality PDFs automatically sent to the customer after job completion. This speeds workflows and ensures consistency.
Field staff can capture site photographs, customer signatures, equipment details and risk assessments directly on their app. These items attach to the job record and become digital evidence for compliance, aide, proof of service, and seamless job signoff on site.
The Motivity Office interface shows real-time progress on all jobs. Dispatchers and office teams instantly see job statuses, engineer locations, and receive alerts as tasks update—enabling fast response to customer inquiries and smoother operational flow.
Once a job is complete, Motivity automatically generates a polished job report—including all captured data, photos, and signatures—and sends it directly to your customer. This reduces admin time, ensures accuracy, and provides clients with instant documentation for their records.
