“Quick Reports, Wish We Bought This Tool Sooner!
Pros
The best thing about it is that reports are easy to export and can be quickly imported into our inventory system saving us time and effort.
Cons
No issues so far just wish we had bought it earlier.

Pros
MultiRoute interface is super simple to use and all the features work smoothly without any issues.
Cons
I think the Commtroller should be turned into a Windows service instead of a program allowing Merchandisers to sync directly with the server for a smoother experience.

“Smooth ERP Integration But It Needs Simpler Implementation

It easily integrates with ERP applications reducing the need for manual data transfers and saving us time.
Cons
The implementation process needs to be more simple. Also it should allow for different units of measure in item sales. For example I should be able to sell snacks either by the case or by the pack.

“Quick Installation and Setup
Pros
Installation and setup are quick and easy especially after Multisystems customizes it to fit our company's needs.
Cons
Transaction history is saved locally and it's lost when the phone is reset or updated which I hate. Also the Web Manager can be a bit confusing at times.

“Real-Time Tracking
Pros
It is user-friendly and we can track all transactions in real-time making everything transparent and easy to monitor.
Cons
The thing I like the least is the desktop site. As I'd prefer to see it updated to a more modern look. It feels outdated right now.
