Pros

We could not have asked for a better partner than Nexterna. From design and planning to rollout and ongoing support, they have been with us every step of the way. We needed a flexible system and Clearview delivered. Also it is fully customizable to fit our core business processes, helping us provide outstanding service to our customers. Plus the software has improved data visibility, giving our associates easy access to important information that was previously hard to get.

Cons

I feel like the dispatch board view is somewhat limited in the version we are using but we believe this has been improved in the latest update.

Ideal for our needs

Pros

Clearview combines the reliability of a standalone product with the ability to customize it to fit our specific business needs. We have created several bidirectional interfaces with our ERP system enabling seamless integration for invoicing, customer data and item management.

Cons

The reliance on an internet browser has posed some challenges with our corporate IT policies but we have managed to find workarounds for most issues.
