“Fantastic customer service”
Pros
I find Ontraccr's team to be incredibly responsive to any ideas we have to make sure the software works at its best. We use it for most of our business and its ongoing development has made things really easy for all our field employees and improved how information flows to our office staff.
Cons
There are times when the app has some hiccups interacting with our remote locations, since it's web-based and needs a solid connection.

“Highly adaptable solution”
Pros
The level of customization is just fantastic. I feel like we're always finding new ways to use the software. Their tech and customer support are also super quick to help. We use it every single day and have moved a huge part of our operations into Ontraccr.
Cons
Its still in development, so sometimes there are bugs that need fixing. Integrations with other programs can also be a bit underwhelming or don't quite work as expected.

“Incredibly flexible & a total game-changer for us”
Pros
I love that Ontraccr is extremely customizable. It lets us tailor everything to our organization's specific needs. They have tons of tutorials on how to use and set things up plus templates for common forms like FLHAs and invoices. Their customer service is fantastic, too. If they don't already have a feature we're looking for, they'll actually design it for us.
Cons
It did take me some time to learn the ins and outs of Ontraccr but once you figure it out, the possibilities feel endless. That's true for any new system though and there's always a learning curve.

“Build systems that match your business perfectly”
Pros
For me, it is really what you make it. We needed systems for inventory, safety and communication and I'm actually working with their team to build these out for our business. If they don't have the right feature for you, they'll make it happen.
Cons
Just like with any new software, it takes time to get the hang of it. But once you understand the tools they give you, it really opens up what you can do.

“Thorough & tailored exactly how we wanted”
Pros
We've had an awesome experience working with Jas and the Ontraccr team. They're super responsive, give hands-on support and have become real partners in taking our business to the next level. Their product is highly customizable for our specific needs. I'm really excited to see how Ontraccr improves our business and helps with job costing. The employee hour tracking has already made payroll way smoother and the external forms let us capture info quickly.
Cons
Its quite difficult to use at first but that applies to all new software.

Pros
It is highly customizable and easy to learn but what stands out most to me is the exceptional support. The team is professional, responsive and truly wants to help us use the product effectively. I can tell they genuinely care about our success.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind. Any little problems we've had were fixed really quickly by their support team.

We signed up with Ontraccr to help automate and improve our processes and I've been very impressed so far. They've helped us organise how we do business and save time by getting rid of our old, manual processes.
Cons
