Pros
I love how I can see all my vendors in one place without having to click through page after page. It saves me so much time!
Cons
Sometimes, It doesn't have all the parts listed from a vendor or I end up having to go to the vendor's website to find the right part because PartsTech doesn't even show that it's available.

“Makes my day a whole lot easier
Pros
Searching for parts and ordering them through PartsTech is honestly the best part of my day. It's so easy and efficient.
Cons
The only downside to PartsTech isn't really on their end, it's more about the stores. Sometimes the inventory issues at stores are a problem where a part says it's in stock but in reality, they don't have it.

It's super convenient being able to check out pricing and availability from different distributors all in the same spot. Makes shopping around very easy.
Cons
Every now and then, not all the parts show up when I use certain keywords or categories that I know should be available on the distributor's website.

“Simple to use with excellent service
Pros
I've been using It for a few months now, mostly with Worldpac and O'Reillys. It took me a little time to get the hang of everything but I really like how it connects directly with Tekmetric and loads everything into my estimates automatically.
Cons
One thing I don't love is that when ordering from Worldpac, the shipping costs don't automatically transfer over. But at least they added a checkmark reminder so it's easier to remember.

Pros
PartsTech is super easy to use, integrates well with SMS and their customer support is spot on. The developers really care about making the product better and we use it every day. Signing up was easy too.
Cons
The multiple user support could use some improvement. It'd be awesome if we could have a master account and separate user accounts to track which employee is ordering parts. I've talked to them about this before. While I can create user accounts, they don't consolidate into a single dashboard for easy tracking and management.

“Best platform for auto parts orders
Pros
As a mechanic, It gives me info from different suppliers, letting me compare prices and find the best deal. I also get real-time updates on stock levels and which nearby stores have the parts I need.
Cons
I haven't faced many issues so far but sometimes it takes a while for inventory levels to update and when that happens, the data can be wrong.

It has seriously made my life as a mechanic so much easier. I can quickly search, identify and order auto parts from a huge network of distributors. The infrastructure they've built for auto parts is solid and the integration with the shop management system makes everything smoother, from checking inventory to ordering.
Cons
A few negative things I've noticed are wrong descriptions and pricing details, which can cause problems. Also, sometimes orders don't go through or available vendors aren't shown.

Pros
The best thing about PartsTech is that it has all the info I need to keep track of supplies, vendors, estimates and more. It makes our work so much easier every single day.
Cons
The only thing I really dislike about PartsTech is the inconsistencies in part descriptions and names. Sometimes they're wrong or a little different than expected and the descriptions can even change when I'm in the middle of placing an order.
