Very effective software

Pros

I find it really easy to use and packed with tons of useful features. It's clear that a lot of thought went into making it efficient and practical, which makes a big difference in managing everything smoothly.

Cons

The company has grown a lot but unfortunately, that's made customer service less efficient. It feels like they're not as responsive as they used to be.

Support needs some improvement

Pros

One of my favorite things is being able to see my entire schedule for the month at a glance. It really helps in planning ahead and staying on top of appointments and tasks, making the whole scheduling process a lot less stressful.

Cons

The service is frustrating because there's no support when you need it. They usually take 2-3 days to get back to you, if they call back at all.

Clean & easy to use

Pros

What really stands out to me is how simple the software is to use. Everything is simple but the support system they provide is honestly refreshing. It's nice knowing help is just a click away whenever I need it.

Cons

I really like the simplicity of it. I should be paid for giving feedback like this. Reviewing reports like this is easy for me but I feel like it's a valuable part of the service.

Smooth operation, would definitely recommend

Pros

Everything is pretty well integrated and I love how seamlessly all the features work together. It's one of those things that just makes your life easier, with no glitches or delays.

Cons

One thing that bugs me is how the app reloads or refreshes while I'm checked into an appointment. If I leave the app and come back, it always starts me back at the schedule menu. I'm not sure if that's something on my phone, though.

Terrible support

Pros

It is packed with so many great features that truly help me keep my business organized. Whether it's tracking clients, managing appointments or handling finances, it covers everything. It's definitely been a game changer.

Cons

There's no support when you really need it. I left 57 voice messages because we couldn't service a big account with over 70 devices, and it took three days to get any kind of answer.

Overall good product

Pros

The user-friendliness of this software is a huge plus. I love how it works without any hassle. It's so easy to understand and it just makes things run smoothly, saving me a ton of time.

Cons

Sometimes it's really slow and when I click on a tech, the screen jumps all the way back to the top, which is really annoying.

My experience wih Fieldroutes

Pros

Fieldroutes has been an absolute asset for my business. It's helped us grow by streamlining so many of our processes and allowing us to focus more on our clients and less on administrative tasks.

Cons

It was tough to learn at first and the knowledge base was pretty much non-existent when we started. It was a struggle.

An ideal software

Pros

Managing clients and searching for specific information is incredibly easy. Everything is well-organized and it only takes a few clicks to find what I need, which is a big time-saver.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing really bad to say. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to work with.

Solid system

Pros

Easy to learn

Pros

It's super easy to train our new employees because the software is so flexible. They catch on really fast and I don't have to spend a ton of time explaining how it works.

Cons

There are a lot of reporting features but I would love to see even more added. It could be so much more useful with a few more options.

Horrible customer service

Pros

It is pretty great overall. It's functional, works seamlessly with our scheduling system and the mobile app is fantastic for managing everything on the go.

Cons

Customer service is terrible. I've been a customer for 5 years because I like the software but I'm so fed up with not feeling like a priority anymore. When issues come up, you'll be waiting for days, weeks or even months for a solution. Right now, I've been locked out of my account for 3 days because of a bad card on file, even though I paid the balance as soon as I got locked out. They haven't made any effort to help me get back in so I can run my business, which has been completely stalled for 3 days now. This is just one example of bad customer support I've experienced and I'm seriously looking at competitors now because of how little they care about their customers. It's unacceptable.

Best tool!

Pros

One of the best features is that everything is online in the cloud. Plus, being able to save pictures to each client's account makes it so much easier to keep track of important documents and files.

Cons

The credit card fees went down for two days and there were some glitches here and there.

Best in the business � Field Routes

Pros

The structure of the software is really well laid out. I never have trouble finding what I need because everything is organized and easy to use, even for someone like me who's not super tech-savvy.

Cons

There are still some bugs but they don't really affect how I feel about FieldRoutes overall.

Just what I was looking for

Pros

I really appreciate that all my records are in one place. It's so much more convenient and the price is definitely reasonable for all the value it provides. I feel like I'm getting a lot for what I'm paying.

Cons

Getting help is honestly really frustrating. They ask for pictures but don't provide the support I need. They told me I'd get a referral fee but it never came through. Printing is a problem and the monthly job reports that the State of Georgia requires aren't even available in the program. There are other more affordable options that include them. Also, the graph program is really disappointing.
